“I was impressed with the enthusiasm of the Friends and the City team.  The personal touch which seems to be lacking in other services.  Taking out  the package Shop till You Drop in Style was the best.  We had such a great time, went were we wanted with prior arrangement from the FATC team and having the time to relax afterwards was marvellous.  It was obvious how much those who were present enjoyed the shopping experience in the chauffeur driven limousine.  It was great to feel like royalty and completely spoil ourselves.
